SMD (Surface Mount Devices)
SMD packages are small, highly efficient, excellent thermal performance, and surface mountable. They are ideal for MOSFET, Schottky Rectifiers, and Voltage Regulators for power management applications.
The versatility of these SMD packages also allows them to be adaptable to support many other non-power applications as well.
They are available in three standard sizes (SMD .5mm, SMD 1.0mm, SMD 2.0mm.) Spectrum can also customize these packages to meet your specific requirements.
