This specification covers one type of nonself-indicating dosimeter designated as Radiac Detector DT-60( ) /PD which measures X- and gamma radiation over the range from 0 to 1000 roentgens (R). It is a personnel dosimeter which is worn about the neck like a pendant. The detecting element is a radio-photoluminescent glass. The amount of dosage received by the detector is indicated in roentgens from 0 to 1000 by the Radiac Computer-Indicator CP-95( )/PD. |
